Return Policy
Basileia take great care when we produce the eyes and do everything in our power to ensure you receive a high quality product. In an unfortunate event where something does go wrong with the product ito production defects, we will replace the product free of charge. Send us a photo of the defected product and we will replace it, as long as it was not abused by the customer.
